一种新型磺化聚丙烯酰胺的合成及表征

             

摘要

本文依据磺化聚丙烯酰胺性能的研究方向, 以复合引发体系引发AM与AMPS进行共聚, 合成磺化聚丙烯酰胺, 考察了引发体系、单体摩尔比和聚合时间对其水溶液性能的影响.结果表明, 当聚合时间为6h、AM与AMPS质量比为15:1, 采用复合引发剂时, 得到的磺化聚丙烯酰胺水溶液的粘度和粒径最大.红外光谱表征的结果表明, 当采用复合引发体系时, 相同聚合条件下, 参与共聚反应的AMPS单体含量较高, 且溶液粘度和粒径均高于相应的氧化-还原引发体系.%A novel hydrosoluble sulfonate copolymer containing sulfonic acid groups was synthesized under mild conditions with Acrylamide (AM) and 2-methyl-2-[ (1-oxo-2-propenyl) amino]-1-propane sulfonic acid (AMPS) as monomers by segmentation initiation with 2, 2'-azobis[2-methylpropionamidine]dihydrochloride and redox initiation system, respectively.The structures of copolymers were characterized by infrared (IR) spectroscopy.The synthesis conditions of were optimized by the conditional experiment and the optimum conditions were as follows:the time of polymerization is 6 hours, the mass ratio of AM and AMPS is 15:1, and the initiating system is segmentation initiation.Under the conditions, the copolymer solution has the biggest particle size and the highest viscosity.Moreover, the viscosity and particle size of the solution were higher than those of the corresponding oxidation-reduction initiation system in the same polymerization conditions.
