准噶尔盆地新型环保型钻井液研究与应用

         

摘要

Deep wells and deep-displaced deep horizontal wells in the Junggar Basin have difficulties such as deep reservoir burial, large changes in formation pressure, and complex rig-rocking difficulties, resulting in frequent drilling complex accidents, in order to strengthen rheology, inhibition, and plugging of deep well drilling fluids. Lubricity and other performance studies, successfully researched and applied new XZ high-performance waterbased drilling fluid and amine-based polymer drilling fluid in the Junggar Basin. Five new treatment agents have been developed in XZ high-performance water-based drilling fluids to improve wellbore stability, drilling fluid inhibition, micro-nano-level plugging and lubricity, and successfully created a set of deep wells and large reservoirs suitable for the Junggar Basin. XZ high-performance water-based drilling fluid process for displacement deep horizontal wells;amine-based polymer drilling fluid system has very strong inhibition and shear thinning, strong antipollution ability, stable performance, plugging, anti-collapse ability and rock carrying, Features such as strong cleaning ability. Field experiments have shown that XZ high-performance water-based drilling fluid and amine-based polymer drilling fluid can achieve the purpose of reducing complex accidents at the bottom of the well, reducing the diameter expansion rate, shortening the drilling cycle and reducing the drilling cost. High efficiency and environmental protection requirements are worthy of promotion and application in suitable stratum blocks.%准噶尔盆地深井及大位移深水平井存在着储层埋藏深、地层压力变化大、所钻岩性复杂等难点致使钻井复杂事故频发, 为加强对深井钻井液流变性、抑制性、封堵性、润滑性等性能研究, 在准噶尔盆地成功研究并应用新型XZ高性能水基钻井液、胺基聚合物钻井液.XZ高性能水基钻井液中研发出5种新型处理剂, 用以提高井壁稳定性、钻井液抑制性、微纳米级封堵性和润滑性, 成功创建了一套适合准噶尔盆地深井及大位移深水平井的XZ高性能水基钻井液工艺;胺基聚合物钻井液体系具有非常强的抑制性和剪切稀释性, 抗污染能力强、性能稳定, 封堵、防塌能力和携岩、清洁能力强等特点.通过现场试验研究表明, XZ高性能水基钻井液、胺基聚合物钻井液均能达到降低井底复杂事故发生、缩小井径扩大率、缩短钻井周期、降低钻井成本的目的, 能同时满足安全、高效、环保要求, 值得在适宜地层区块加以推广应用.
