乙酸乙酯加氢制备乙醇反应工艺流程模拟

摘要

利用化工流程模拟计算软件PRO/Ⅱ,对乙酸乙酯加氢制备乙醇反应工艺流程进行模拟计算分析,建立了工业过程详细流程,提供了流程模拟所用的物性参数及相关反应数据,模拟结果与实际生产数据吻合,较好的说明了模拟的可靠性.模拟过程主要考察了在一定的乙酸乙酯转化率以及一定的氢酯比条件下排放/循环量比对组分浓度以及乙醇产量的影响,为工业化选择合适的排放、循环量提供有力的数据支持.%Simulation of synthesizing wthanol by hydrogenation of ethyl acetate process was carried out with the help of software PRO/II. A detailed industrial process design flow sheet was presented as well as main physical properties,reaction datas. Validation of the simulation process was performed by comparing the calculation results with the actual operating data. The relationship of purge/recycle between the composition in purge stream and product flow with fixed conversition and ratio of hydrogenation/ethyl acetate was studied, which can be used to condus-trial purge and recycle flow.
