In this paper,the hydrogen content of high purity nitrogen was determined by DID's (Discharge Ionization Detector) gas phase chromatograph in the external method.A mathematical model was established to assess the uncertainty of determining hydrogen in high purity nitrogen by gas phase chromatograph.The origin and evaluation method of the uncertainty was also given.The results showed that the uncertainty of this experiment were mainly caused by measurement repeatability,Instrument's quantitative repeatability and standard gas uncertainty,while other factors had less effect.%采用配备DID(氦放电离子化检测器)的气相色谱仪以外标法测定高纯N2中H2含量,建立气相色谱仪测定高纯N2中H2含量的数学模型,给出了对测定结果的不确定度来源及评价方法.不确定度的主要来源由测量重复性、仪器定量重复性及标准气不确定度引起,其他分量引起的不确定度相对较小.
