氯化锌法竹质活性炭的制备及表面结构修饰研究

         

摘要

采用竹子为原料,使用氯化锌法制备活性炭,以活性炭对亚甲基蓝的脱色力为考察指标,对制备工艺条件进行研究.采用正交试验设计法,考察浸渍比、活化时间、活化温度3个因素对活性炭脱色效果的影响.实验结果表明,活性炭制备最佳工艺条件为:用50%的ZnCl2水溶液浸渍,浸渍比为4∶16(g·mL-1),活化温度为650℃,活化时间为80min.此条件产品对亚甲基蓝的脱色力为73.7mL/O.1g.再将制得的活性炭用过渡金属氧化物氧化钴进行改性,即将占活性炭质量12.5%的氧化钴配成等体积溶液浸2h,在电阻炉温度控制器中400℃焙烧3h所得活性炭脱色力为95mL/0.1g,比改性前提高了28.90%.%In this article, preparing conditions of active carbon using zinc method were studied using the bamboo as material, the Methylene blue decoloring force as inspection indefor. On the basis of single factor experiment, using the orthogonal design, the factors such as material ratio, activation time, activation temperature were studied. The experimental results show that the optimum technological conditions for preparation of activated carbon: impregnating the bamboo power with zinc chloride aqueous solution whose concentration was 50 percent impregnated ratio 4:16g·mL-1, activation temperature 650℃, activation time 80min. With the conditions for test, the methylene blue decoloring force of activated carbon was 73.7mL/0.1 g. Finally, the activated carbon obtained under optimal conditions was modified with the transition metal oxides of cobalt oxide. With the cobal oxide content 12.5% for 2h at 400℃, the modified activated carbon whose methylene blue decoloring force was 95mL/0.lg,. improved 28.90% than before.
