氯化锌法油茶饼粕活性炭的制备及其性能研究

摘要

以脱脂处理后的油茶饼粕为原料，采用ZnCl2法制备活性炭，考察了不同工艺参数对活性炭的影响，获得了最优制备工艺参数；利用扫描电镜观察了活性炭的形貌特征，利用X射线衍射分析了油茶饼粕活性炭中微晶的晶体结构。结果表明，选用脱脂处理后的油茶饼粕为原料制备活性炭是可行的。%The activated carbon (AC) was produced by ZnCl2 chemical activation method ,using defatted Oil-tea-cake as raw material .The optimum production parameters were obtained by in-vesting of different influence factors .The morphology of AC was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM ) .The structure of microcrystal line in AC was analyzed by X-ray diffraction analyzer .The results showed that it was a feasible method to choose Oil-tea-cake as raw material to produce activated carbon .
