微乳液法制备壳聚糖复合Co-Fe-O体微粉及性能表征

         

摘要

壳聚糖具有很好的吸附性、通透性、成纤性、吸湿性和保湿性等特性,倍受人们关注。用微乳液法制备了壳聚糖复合的Co-Fe-O纳米微体。将亚铁盐以及钴盐制成溶液,加入壳聚糖溶液使其络合反应,再被还原-化合-成核长大。用电子显微镜观察其微球表明:该微球和壳聚糖复合包裹,有部分棱角分明的晶体形成,并用对照方法测其粒径大多数在0.05~0.000125mm。并用磁石测其磁性,发现有一定的磁性,灼烧后可以明显看出其磁性增大,可知是由壳聚糖包裹故而降低了Co-Fe-O的磁性。%The shell polyose (Chitosan)has very good adsorbability, the permeability, the fiber forming prop-erty, the water absorbability and guarantees wet and so on the characteristic, therefore recent years people pay more attention to it. This article has prepared shell polyose compound Co-Fe-O nanometer element of a volume with the microemulsion law. The ferrite and cobalt salt were made solution, and complex with chitosan solution, then reduction-combination-nucleation. The microballoons were observed by electon microscope. The results indi-cated that there was crystal which particle size were 0.05~0.000125mm. They have magnetism which enhanced by burning. That means wrapping up by chitosan could lower the magnetism of Co-Fe-O.
