聚合物凝胶调驱提高采收率技术研究与先导性试验

         

摘要

Niuxintuo oil field is crack-pore double media low porosity and low permeability side water heavy oil reservoir.Aiming at the problem of the serious watered out and water channeling problem of lower interval,and past poor adjustable blocking effect,after identifying the instability reason of polymer flooding,study of polymer gel profile control technique for enhanced oil recovery has been carried out,polymer gel flooding formula system has been determined:0.2%~0.3% polymer:0.18%~0.2% cross-linking agent,0.03%~0.05%stabilizer B.The pilot test has been implemented based on the optimization of flooding formula system and construction parameters,achieved good stimulation and dewatering effect,and provided new way for water injection development later stage of low permeability fractured reservoir.%牛心坨油田为裂缝-孔隙双重介质低孔低渗边水稠油油藏.针对下层系水淹、水窜问题严重,以往调堵效果差的问题,在查明了调驱体系不稳定的原因基础上,开展了聚合物凝胶调驱提高采收率技术研究,确定了聚合物凝胶调驱配方体系:0.2%~0.3%聚合物,0.18%~0.2%交联剂,0.03%~0.05%稳定剂B.并对调驱体系和施工参数进行了优化,开展了先导性试验,取得了良好的增油降水效果,为低渗裂缝性油藏的注水开发后期提供了新途径.
