建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中苯甲酸和山梨酸的分析方法.样品经甲醇超声提取后,直接过滤进样检测.采用Sinochrom C18色谱柱,以0.02 mol/L乙酸铵-甲醇(体积比为85:15)为流动相,流速为2.0 mL/min,检测波长为230 nm.结果表明:苯甲酸和山梨酸浓度在2.00~12.00 μg/mL范围内与相应的峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r >0.999),苯甲酸的回收率为97.5%~103.3%,山梨酸的回收率为95.2%~97.2%.该方法适合于化妆品中苯甲酸和山梨酸的检测.%A method was established for the determination of benzoic acid and sorbic acid in cosmetics by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatograph. Samples were analyzed by HPLC after ultrasonic extraction in methanol. A Sinochrom C18 column was used with 0.02 mol/L NH4 Ac -methanol (volume ratio was 85:15) as mobile phase at flow rate of 2.0 mL/min. UV wave length of detection was 230 run. Concentration of benzoic acid and sorbic acid were linear with its peak areas (r > 0.999) in the range of 2.00 - 12.00 μg /mL respectively. The recoveries of benzoic acid and sorbic acid were 97.5% - 103.3% , 95.2% -97.2% respectively. The method is suitable for determination of benzoic acid and sorbic acid in cosmetics.
