GC-MS法测定纺织品中16种邻苯二甲酸酯含量

         

摘要

A method for the determination of 16 phthalate plasticizers residues in textiles was developed by gas chromatography with MS detector. Methanol extraction enhanced by ultrasound was applied during the extraction process. The influences of extraction of temperature and time were investigated. While the level of 2-40 mg/kg was added, the recoveries were in the range of 84.7%-106.2%, with relative standard deviation(RSD) of 1.8% -7.4%(n=7).%采用超声萃取方法提取样品,建立了纺织品中16种邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂含量测定的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)检测方法.以甲醇为萃取剂超声波辅助萃取,考察了超声萃取的温度和时间.在选定试验的条件下,当添加邻苯二甲酸酯类浓度为2~40 mg/L时,该方法的加标回收率为84.7%~ 106.2%,测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.8%~7.4%之间(n=7).
