食品中邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的测定及迁移研究进展

摘要

综述了2009年以来食品中邻苯二甲酸酯类(PAEs)塑化剂在来源、分析测定方法及迁移方面的研究进展.提出了目前国内邻苯二甲酸酯检验时遇到的主要问题,以及面对食品危机应采取的态度.%Progress on sources, analytical methods and migration of phthalate esters (PAEs) plasticizer in foods since 2009 were reviewed. Major problems of the PAEs inspection in China were pointed out, as well as the attitude to the food safety crisis.
