微博反腐的网络伦理困境及其破解途径

作为一种新兴的反腐方式，微博反腐在反腐倡廉工作中已发挥巨大的作用，它开拓了公民进行权力监督的新途径，严重打击了国内的腐败现象。但作为一种反腐工具，微博在发挥其反腐倡廉的作用的同时，也面临多重网络伦理困境。只有积极寻找有效途径对微博反腐进行规制，使其尽早实现制度化和法制化，才能使微博反腐保持活力。%As a new way, micro-blog anti-corruption plays a critical role on anti-corruption. It opens up a new avennue for citizens to supervise powers and gives a serious blow to the demostic curruption. But as a kind of tool for anti-corruption, it faces multiple ethical predicaments when it fights with corruption. Therefore, the only way to maintain the vitality of micro-blog anti-corruption is making it institutionalization and legalization as quickly as possible.
