电弧炉冶炼能耗构成及影响因素分析

摘要

通过现场调研及对比国内某厂电弧炉热测试分析结果，指出炉料结构、冶炼过程具体操作及生产组织调度等几个影响中国一重电弧炉能耗的关键因素的问题所在，并提出改进建议。%Based on the site investigation and the comparison with the test and analysis results of the electric arc furnace of a plant in China , the article points out the critical factors that influent the energy consumption of the electric arc furnace of CFHI, such as furnace charge composition, specific melting operation and production organization and arrangement and put forward suggestion on how to make the modification.
