伺服压力机柔性加减速控制算法

         

摘要

The accelerated acceleration's mutation that exits during the operation of sine function acceleration and deceleration control algorithm is prone to cause flexible impact to the drive system. For this reason, an improved flexible acceleration and deceleration control algorithm is brought forward, which uses cosine function as constructed the acceleration and deceleration function to obtain the mathematical expression of the displacement, velocity, acceleration and accelerated acceleration of the servo motor. The acceleration and deceleration mode is analysed in detail to provide the theoretical basis for the application of the algorithm in the design of the processing curve of servo presses.%针对正弦函数加减速算法在运行过程中存在加加速度突变,容易对传动系统产生柔性冲击的问题,提出了一种伺服压力机改进型柔性加减速控制算法,采用余弦函数作为伺服电动机加减速构造函数,推导出伺服电动机位移、速度、加速度和加加速度数学表达式,并详细分析其加减速模式。为该算法在伺服压力机加工工艺曲线设计中的应用奠定理论基础。
