ACCELERATION/DECELERATION MODE SELECTING DEVICE IN SERVO PRESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration/deceleration mode selecting device in a servo press which reduces the preparing operation time of a press operation and makes the press processing efficient by automatically selecting acceleration/ deceleration modes in a forming pattern of a slide necessary for press processing from a kind of processing and the setting of required elements. ;SOLUTION: Software of (a) a predetermined exponential acceleration/ deceleration mode, (b) a deformed sine curve acceleration/ deceleration mode, and (c) a straight-lined acceleration/deceleration mode, are prepared to an NC servo control device of a servo press. The control device automatically selects the suitable acceleration/deceleration mode from the predetermined selecting standard based on the kind of press processing and the numerical setting of the required elements, so as to assemble a forming pattern of the slide.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
