高强钢热冲压板坯“饼铛”式加热方法

         

摘要

针对传统热冲压生产线所用加热炉具加热时间长,能耗大的缺点,提出了“饼铛”式加热方法,并通过有限元模拟技术对不同换热系数条件下板坯的加热过程,以及5次循环加热过程中加热板和板坯的温度变化进行仿真分析,证明此种加热方法完全能够满足高强钢热冲压生产线对板坯加热速度的要求。%The proposed contact heating technique can overcome the disadvantages of heating furnaces in traditional hot stamping production lines, such as long heating period and high energy consumption. The heating process with different heat transfer coefficients and the temperature change of the heating plates and heated slabs during 5 times of cyclic heating period were simulated and analyzed with finite-element simulating program to prove that the contact heating technique can meet the requirement of high-strength steel hot stamping production in terms of the heating rate of slabs.
