双钨极TIG堆焊技术在压力容器制造中的应用

     

摘要

使用双钨极TIG焊接方法,在Q235基材表面进行不锈钢堆焊试验,得出高速送丝下的最佳工艺参数,使焊缝成形良好的前提下,最高稳定送丝速度达到7000 mm/min。以2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V钢为基材,采用7000 mm/min送丝速度在基材表面进行不锈钢堆焊试验,按照产品技术条件对试件进行无损检验和破坏性试验,结果表明,采用双钨极TIG堆焊技术获得的不锈钢堆焊层满足加氢反应器技术条件的要求。%Stainless steel cladding trials were performed on Q235 steel with twin-electrode TIG cladding technique to obtain optimal welding parameters at high wire-feeding speed. Under the precondition of good weld formation, the highest wire-feeding speed reaches 7 000 mm/min. A trial stainless steel cladding was performed on the basic material of 2.25Cr-1 Mo-0.25V steel at 7 000 mm/min. the test pieces were subject to Non-destructive and destructive inspection in accordance with the technical specification. The results show that the quality of stainless steel layers made with twin-electrode TIG cladding technique can meet the technical requirement of hydro-processing reactors.
