辣椒碱对金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞免疫调节活性的影响

摘要

ABSTRACT:The effect of capsaicin on immunoregulatory activity of mice lymphocytes and macrophages by Staphylococcus au‐reus infection was studied .The effect of capsaicin on lymphocyte proliferation by Staphylococcus aureus infection was studied u‐sing MTT ;and the effect of capsaicin on lymphocytes inducing IFN‐γand IL‐6 secretion by Staphylococcus aureus infection was studied using ELISA ,as well as the effect of capsaicin on macrophages induced TNF‐αand IL‐6 secretion .Results showed that :capsaicin within a certain range of concentrations ,can promote lymphocyte proliferation and induction of IFN‐γand IL‐6 secre‐tion by Staphylococcus aureus infection ,and the biphasic regulation ;and induce macrophages secretion of TNF‐αand IL‐6 by Staphylococcus aureus infection ,which played a role in immune regulation .%为探讨辣椒碱对金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞免疫调节活性的影响，采用MTT法检测辣椒碱对金黄色葡萄球菌感染的淋巴细胞增殖的影响；ELISA法检测辣椒碱对金黄色葡萄球菌感染的淋巴细胞诱导IFN‐γ、IL‐6分泌的影响，以及辣椒碱对金黄色葡萄球菌感染的巨噬细胞诱导TNF‐α、IL‐6分泌的影响。结果表明，辣椒碱在一定浓度范围内，能促进对金黄色葡萄球菌感染的淋巴细胞的增殖和诱导IFN‐γ、IL‐6的分泌，且呈双向调节；能诱导金黄色葡萄球菌感染的巨噬细胞T N F‐α、IL‐6的分泌，从而发挥免疫调节作用。
