粮食质量安全追溯体系中的关键信息问题研究

粮食质量安全关系广大人民群众身体健康和生命安全,加强粮食质量安全追溯体系建设是民生工程、民心工程,建设粮食质量安全追溯体系的信息化体系是解决粮食质量安全问题的重要途径.在分析粮食流通体系中的粮食质量信息的基础上,构建了完整的粮食质量安全追溯体系中的信息化体系,为粮食质量安全追溯体系的运行提供技术支撑.%Grain quality and safety are related to the health and safety of the masses.Strengthening the grain quality and safety traceability system construction is important for the people's livelihood projects and moral projects.The construction of information system of grain quality safety traceability system is an important way to solve the problems of grain quality and safety.Based on the analysis of grain quality information in the grain circulation system,we constructed a complete information system in the traceability system of grain quality safety,and provided technical support for the operation of grain quality safety traceability system.
