花生壳制取生物油

     

摘要

生物质能源有望替代传统化石能源,成为未来人类利用的主要能源之一,所以生物质能源的开发与利用变得越来越重要.为了充分利用生物质废弃物,提供制备可再生新能源的新途径,本研究以花生壳为原料,通过微波快速裂解技术制备可再生的生物油,并对其制备工艺进行优化.通过Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计,优化出制备生物油得率最高的工艺参数:微波裂解温度为610℃、微波吸收剂(焦炭)用量为2.3%、微波功率为2 kW、裂解时间为3.5 min,生物质油得率为47.59%.%Biomass energy is expected to replace the traditional fossil energy,becoming one of the main energy human used in the future,so the development and utilization of biomass energy is becoming increasingly important.In order to make full use of biomass waste,and provide a new way to prepare new renewable energy,we used the peanut shell as raw material to pre-pare renewable biological oil by the microwave fast pyrolysis technology,and the preparation technology is optimized.The highest biomass oil yield can be obtained with the following process parameters,which were optimized by Box-Behnken central composite design.These conditions were as follows :pyrolysis temperature 610℃,microwave power 1.9 kW,addition of ab-sorbent 2.3%,reaction time 3.5 min,the yield reached 47.59%.
