广东省湿地生态效益补偿制度探析

摘要

介绍国内外湿地资源保护概况，总结国内外在湿地生态效益补偿方面的经验；阐述广东省湿地生态效益补偿机制的必要性和可行性，对广东省湿地生态效益补偿机制的补偿原则、补偿对象、补偿标准、补偿资金来源进行制度设计，并针对广东省建立湿地生态效益补偿机制的政策措施提出问题和建议。%In this paper, the protection situation of wetland resources in worldwidewas introduced and the experience on wetland ecological compensation was summed up. The feasibility and necessity of establishing the compensation mechanism of wetland ecological benefits in Guandong province was expounded. The system of compensation was designed from the aspects of compensation principle, objects, standards, and sources of funding. At last, the questions and suggestions were proposed.
