CD147,which belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily,is widely expressed in human cells and tissues and is involved in various physiological processes.CD147 has been confirmed as an increased expression in a variety of tumor cells both in vitro and in vivo.It regulates the tumor invasion,metastasis,and the activation of osteoclasts in the process of bone metastasis.Its relationship with bone metastases is one of the hot spots of tumor cell biology research field recently.%CD147分子是一种广泛存在于人体各组织器官的属于免疫球蛋白超家族的糖蛋白,参与机体多种生理过程.CD147已被证实在多种体内外肿瘤细胞中表达增加,促进肿瘤的侵袭和转移,并促进肿瘤骨转移中破骨细胞的活化.其与肿瘤骨转移的关系是目前肿瘤细胞生物学研究领域的热点之一.
