高等院校收入分配对员工工作满意度的影响——基于Z学院的调查

摘要

收入分配问题涉及员工的工作行为及态度，尤其是工作满意度，影响员工的工作绩效。本文通过对Z学院的调查研究发现，员工对收入分配问题较为敏感，在影响工作满意度的分配公平感维度上，内部公平对员工工作满意度具有显著影响，而程序公平和外部公平对员工工作满意度的影响不显著。本文在实证分析的基础上，提出分配改革的工作建议。%Income distribution has a significant effect on job satisfaction and job performance. Based on a survey in Z vocational institute in Zhejiang province, the following findings were reached: most employees admit income distribution is not equitable, the inside income distribution fairness has significant effect on job satisfaction, relative to outside income distribution fairness and procedure income distribution fairness, which are not statistical significant. Some suggestions were given for the institute based on the survey analysis.
