高校信息化建设过程中的信息资源标准化研究

摘要

信息资源标准化是高校信息系统整合提高系统效率和水平的基础性工作；高校信息资源标准体系应包括信息资源内容标准和元数据标准，元数据标准是标准化工作的核心；从制定规划、组织设计、制度建设三个方面分析高校信息资源标准化建设策略。%This paper studies problems in the standardization of university information resources. First, it analyses the importance of the standardization of university information resources which can promote the integration of information system and advance system efficiency. Secondly, the standard system should include content standards of information resource and metadata standards as the metadata standards is the key of standardization work. Thirdly, it puts forward a proposal that planning-making, organization design and system construction could contribute to the standardization of information resources in university information construction.
