后现代公共行政话语理论的当代价值

摘要

As a faction of the postmodern theory of public administration, the postmodern public administrative discourse theory pays attention to the social dialogue and consultation between the government and the citizens, and absorbs the quintessence of the traditional democratic theory, communitarianism and structuration theory. It advocates discursive democracy, public energy field and eommunitarianism and provides a new analytical perspective for us to study the citizen politics participation. In order to strengthen the breadth and depth of citizen participation, we must play a role of public energy field, develop real dialogue, enhance the social trust constantly, and promote effective participation.%后现代公共行政话语理论作为后现代公共行政理论的一派，注重政府与社会、公民的对话协商，吸收传统的话语民主理论、社群主义和结构化理论的恩想精髓，其倡导的话语民主、公共能量场和社群主义等观点对于公民参与问题研究提供了一个新的理论视角。加强公民参与的广度和深度，必须发挥公共能量场的作用，开展真实对话，不断增强社会信任，推进有效参与。
