It has been analyzed and illustrated for this article, which discussing on professional English education for children in current so- cial situation through plenty of practical experiences and referenced books. The topic has expounded that how to eope with the career for children＇s English teaching under the current educational system from four aspects： the pedagogic theory, ability and quality, the creation of educational recourses, and teaching methods. It also demonstrates the children ls English teacher who is engaged in the teaching activities should think highly of their daily training on the ability, the quality, and the technique methods in the educational implementation process. After finding out several adverse factors for children~ ~dl - round devel- opment in the traditional teaching, these summarie,~ could be more practical, more headleable, and more adaptive to adapt to this career requirement so that the educational workers would read it for reference and communication.
