通过分析科学管理与人本管理两种管理理论的现实意义、主要贡献、应用局限以及发展卧境发现,在任何组织中,单独运用一种管理方法是低效率并且不合理的,只有将科学管理与人本管理相结合,才能使管理更加行之有效,才能具有很强的现实性。借鉴泰罗的科学管理理论,我国应尽快从两者的比较、必然性、现实性分析中找到相结合的均衡点,使现代组织早日获得真正科学合理的管理理论以及人性化的管理模式,这样才能使物质和精神双方都达到内在的协调,使组织与个人双方的利益诉求得以实现。%The analysis on the practical significance, main contribution, limitation and development ditiiculty of scientific management and humanistic management shows that in any e~ganization, a single management method is unreasonable and low-efflciency. Only when we combine scientific and humanistic management together, can we play their effective roles in practice. Accerding to the scientific management theory of Frederick Winshw Taylor (1856-1915), China should find an equilibrium point between them by comparison, necessity, and feasibility, help modern organization obtain truty scientific management theory and humanistic management mode as soon as possible, obtain internal coordination between material and spirit, and reach interests for both organization and individuals.
