网络团购信任问题研究

         

摘要

Group buying online as a rising e-commerce has become the most popular shopping pattern, but trust crisis lies in it. The relevant enterprises in the group buying chain ignore business credibility in chasing speedy reclaimirtg funds and snatching more profits. For long-term development, the group huying enterprises should increase self-restraint ability and put consumers' interests in the first place in every group-buying link. At the same time, the government should ereate a safe and credit market by improving and stren-hening laws and regulations related to group-buying industry, increasing legal supervision, and balancing the relationship between group-buying websites, traders, and customers.%网络团购是一种新兴电子商务模式,已成为目前最流行的一种购物模式,但迅速发展背后却隐藏着信任危机。团购链条上相关联企业在追求快速回笼资金、攫取更多利润的道路中忽视了诚信经营。网络团购行业要想得到长远的发展,必须提高行业的自我约束能力,从前期团购的发起到售后问题,每一环节都要做到以消费者利益为核心。同时,政府也要尽快完善和健全团购行业有关法律法规,加强法律监督措施,平衡好团购网站、商户、消费者三方的利益关系,为团购行业创造一个诚信、安全的市场环境。
