中小制造型企业“5S”生产现场管理问题与实施对策

摘要

应用“5S”管理手段，可以使企业生产环境得到极大改善，是现代企业管理的关键和基础。当前，企业在实施“5S”管理过程中，大多都存在着理解错误、脱离实际、执行力不强、高层管理者不够重视等问题。中小制造型企业加强“5S”生产现场管理措施，主要内容包括：消除员工意识上的障碍，制定合理的实施方案，分解步骤创新实施，持之以恒，形成良好习惯，高层管理者重视以及全员参与等。%5S approach is the essence of modern corporate management, which is conducive to improving production environment. How-ever, in reality some misunderstand the approach, run against realities, or put it on shelve and senior management gives insufficient atten-tion. In this article, the author proposes eliminating illiteracy of employees over the approach, formulating a proposal and putting it in place step by step to cultivate good habits of employees' obedience, increasing sufficient attention from senior management and extensive in-volvement of employees.
