应用型本科院校实践教学问题研究

摘要

Although application-oriented universities usually have clear school-running orientations, the practical teaching now has problems. The goals deviate from social demand;the content is not complete;the management system is unsound;the evaluation and quali-ty supervision systems are not established;qualified teachers possessing practical teaching experience and skills are in short supply. To resolve these problems, according to the requirement of talent training, the universities should establish a scientific and complete practical teaching system and procedure, improve the quality evaluation and supervision systems of practical teaching , and raise the whole profes-sional quality of experiment teachers.%　　当前，应用型本科院校存在的主要问题，是办学定位清晰，但实践教学目标体系与社会需求脱节，内容体系不够完善；管理体系不健全，实评价和质量监控体系没有形成，缺乏具有实践教学经验及技能的师资等方面。应用型本科院校应按照人才培养定位的要求，建立科学完善的实践教学体系和流程，完善实践教学质量评价与监控体系，改进管理机制，提高实验队伍整体素质。
