The author briefly introduces the design project of the model, technical parameters, overall configures etc. about the SWB6106EV8 pure electric bus , and presents the control strategies of the electric safety. Through analyz-ing the power matching and control strategies, the author puts forward the general design method of the power system and control strategy for pure electric buses.%简要介绍SWB6106EV8纯电动客车的造型、技术参数、整车配置等设计方案，提出纯电动客车在电安全的控制策略；通过对动力系统匹配、控制策略等的分析，提出纯电动客车的动力系统和控制策略的一般设计方法。
