网球运动员正手击球技术的生物力学分析研究

摘要

Tennis is sport event involved in small and large muscle group as well as a complicated skill.Forehand stroke is one of important technique in tennis skills,and the means to get score.From the angle of biomechanics,the factors influencing forehand stroke are numerous.Therefore,it has important function to analyze the forehand stroke in different phase from the angle of biomechanics,prefect their technique,decrease exercise injury and improve performance.%网球是一项技术复杂,大小肌肉群都要参与的运动。正手击球是网球技术中最重要的技术之一,是各种打法都必须具备的主要得分手段。从生物力学角度看影响正手击球技术动作效果的因素很多。因此,从生物力学角度对正手不同动作阶段技术进行分析,完善运动员技术动作、减少运动损伤以及提高运动成绩都有重要作用。
