新残疾人保障法中残疾人体育相关规定的不足及立法建议

In light of China＇s ＂Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities＂, based on the ＂Law on the Protection of Disabled People＂ was successfully revised, it should be said that the newamendments to the law to protect people with disabilities is very successful, but in sports -related disability still exists some problems, we should be disabled to improve the field of sports - related provisions, in order to contribute more fully and to ensure that all persons with disabilities equal access to sports rights.%我国在参照《残疾人权利公约》的基础上，对《中华人民共和国残疾人保障法》成功地进行了修订，可以说新残疾人保障法的修订是非常成功的，但在残疾体育相关规定方面仍然存在一些问题，应当对残疾人体育领域相关规定进行完善，以便更充分地促进和确保所有残疾人平等地享有体育权益。
