残疾人体育公共服务体系的需求与供给--基于甘肃陇东南地区残疾人体育调查

摘要

In order to get a comprehensive understanding of the current sports fitness situation and the demand and supply of sports public service of the disabled in southeast Gansu,the paper investigates and analyzes demand and supply characteristics of sports public service system of the disabled in the area.The results show that despite low percentage of sports population among the disabled in southeast Gansu,yet their desire to participate in sports activities is urgent;the platform of sports public service system for the disabled has not been established;imbalance between supply and demand;severe insufficiency of sports public service and supply of public products;unreasonable structure;insufficient investment funds;lack of special sports instructors.The paper then comes up with relevant suggestions and improving measures.%为全面了解甘肃陇东南地区残疾人体育健身活动现状及残疾人体育公共服务的需求与供给关系，对该地区残疾人体育公共服务体系的需求及供给特征进行了调查分析。结果表明：甘肃陇东南地区残疾人体育人口比例较低，但参与体育活动的愿望较为迫切；残疾人体育公共服务体系平台尚未建立，供需失衡；体育公共服务和公共产品供给数量严重不足，且结构不合理，投入经费不足；特殊体育指导员匮乏等现状，并提出了相关建议和改进措施。
