高校网球选项课正反手抽球技术教学研究

摘要

本文首先分析了正反手抽球技术的教学现状，发现教师一般注重技术动作本身的练习，而忽视与之相对应的辅助技术练习，如球感、脚步等。根据现有的问题力求在教学形式、教学内容、教学手段中寻求改进的方法，希望通过这些具体方法的尝试，能对以后的正反手抽球技术教学有一定的借鉴作用。%Through analyzing the forehand and backhand batting technique teaching ,found that teachers generally focus on technology itself practice, while ignoring the corresponding assistive technology training, such as the ball -feeling, footsteps and so on. According to existing problems and strive to form in the teaching, teaching content, teaching methods in seeking to improve. In the hope of trying these specific methods, there will be a certain technical reference for teaching in forehand and backhand batting technique teaching.
