湖北高校大学生课余体育锻炼的调查研究

摘要

Through using the method of literature review , questionnaire survey , mathematical statistics , this paper analyzes the current situation of college students'extracurricular physical exercise in several universities in Hubei province .The results show that the students ’ exercise enthusiasm is high , but the problem is that they are lack of technical instruction .The authorities of universities in Hubei Province should guide students to correctly understand extracurricular physical exercise and pay enough attention on the college student's extracurricular physical exercise, and also should invest more in sports venues and equipment and enrich the contents of extracurricular physical exercise .%本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对湖北高校大学生课余体育锻炼的现状进行调查。研究结果表明：湖北高校学生锻炼的积极性较高，但是缺乏技术指导。湖北高校应引导学生正确认识课余体育锻炼作用，领导重视在校大学生的课余体育锻炼，加大体育场地和器材投入，不断丰富课余体育锻炼的内容。
