全民健身视域下湖南省社会体育指导员现状调查与对策研究

摘要

本文采用文献资料法、调查法以及数理统计法等方法，对全民健身视域下湖南省社会体育指导员的现状进行了调查与分析。结果表明：湖南省社会体育指导员队伍存量不足、培训项目和时间少、各地区参加培训差异大、效能发挥差，以及群众接受服务少等现状，找出问题，深入分析，提出对策，以期使湖南省社会体育指导员真正发挥其作用，为全民健身服务。%Through using the method of literature review , investigation and mathematical statistics , this paper makes analysis on social sports instructor condition in Hunan province under the vision of National Fitness .The result shows that insufficient stock level of social sports instructors , training programs and less time , large regional differences to attend training, performance is poor, and people with less service status, etc.based on it, this paperfinds out the problems, analyzes them and comes up with the ways so that all the instructors in Hunan province can play the important roles to serve the people .
