长春市中学篮球传统校发展现状与对策研究

摘要

Through using the method of literature,questionnaires,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper makes investigation on traditional basketball middle schools in Changchun City.The result shows that the cultivation of talented reserve is in good condition,the training and education of traditional basketball schools is fruitful and makes great contribution to basketball talented reserve cultivation.However, there still exist some problems.Through the investigation,it found that the schools’material conditions differ greatly,the resource is single,the contradiction of combination of sports and education still exists,and the overall cultural quality and technical level of sports coaches and athletes need to be further improved.This paper also puts forwards feasible suggestions such as paying more attention to traditional basketball projects,improving mate-rial conditions,strengthening scientific training,promoting the combination of sports and education and further improving the mechanism of talents cultivation.%本文采用了文献法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计、逻辑分析法，对长春市篮球传统项目学校进行了调查研究，结果表明：长春市篮球传统项目学校，在篮球后备人才培养上状况良好、训练与教学卓有成效、为我国篮球后备人才培养做出了很大贡献。但同时也存在很多问题，经调查发现：各学校间的物质条件差距较大、资金来源单一、没有充分发挥体教结合的优势、学训矛盾突显、教练员和运动员的整体文化素质和运动员技术水平还有待提高，建议加强传统项目学校对篮球项目的重视程度、提高物质条件、加强科学训练、促进学习和训练的有机结合、进一步完善人才培养机制。
