阳光体育运动视域下学校体育课与课外活动的现状调查探析

摘要

With methods of literature,interview and logical analysis,the paper investigates current situation of college students’participation in extracurricular physical exercise after the initiation of “Sunshine Sports”. Exploration from different perspectives discovers that “Sunshine Sports”plays a vital role in university students’ physical and mental health.However,bottleneck also exists in the development of “Sunshine Sports”,such as absence of leaders’attention;weak sports consciousness;lack of university funding and old sports venues and facilities and wide spread of public P.E.teachers’sense of “relative deprivation”.These problems must be attached great importance by relevant administrative departments.%调查高校学生在“阳光体育运动”启动后参与课外体育锻炼的现状，采用文献资料法，访谈法和逻辑分析法。从多个视角探讨发现：“阳光体育运动”在高校开展对发展学生身心健康至关重要，“阳光体育运动”开展的瓶颈主要有：领导重视程度缺位，体育意识淡薄；学校投入资金匮乏，体育场馆设施陈旧。公共课体育教师“相对剥夺感”严重。必须要引起有关管理部门的高度重视。
