江苏省花样游泳运动员一般自我效能感研究

摘要

This paper conducts a scale measurement of 64 synchronized swimmers of Nanjing,Changzhou, Lianyungang and Yancheng Delegation and 17 swimmers from Jiangsu Provincial Delegation.With region,age, training years and other factors as the independent variables,this paper studies their influence on general self -efficacy of synchronized swimmers,the dependent variable.Research findings suggest a sharp difference of general self -efficacy between synchronized swimmers from Nanjing,Changzhou and Lianyungang Delegation and those from Jiangsu Provincial Delegation;age betrays a negative relation with the general self -efficacy of synchronized swimmers;training years have a significant negative relation with the general self -efficacy of synchronized swimmers;general self -efficacy of synchronized swimmers can be significantly predicted by their age.%本文对64名分别来自南京、常州、连云港、盐城地区代表队，及17名来自江苏省代表队的花样游泳运动员进行量表测量。将地区、年龄、训练年数等因素作为自变量，研究其对因变量———花样游泳运动员一般自我效能感的影响。研究结果表明：（1）南京、常州、连云港三支市级代表队与江苏省代表队的一般自我效能感差异显著；（2）年龄与花游运动员一般自我效能感显著负相关；（3）训练年数与花游运动员一般自我效能感显著负相关；（4）年龄可显著预测花游运动员的一般自我效能感。
