高校体育教师工作量及劳动保护研究

摘要

本文首先对高校体育教师的劳动特点进行了详细分析，由于其学科性质的特殊性，使其劳动也存在着一定的特殊性；其次，从高校体育教师工作量认定的范畴、计算方法以及具体实施措施进行了详细分析，以保障高校体育教师的劳动得到相应的回报；最后，笔者重点对高校体育教师的劳动保护进行了详细分析，应该在《体育法》中明确教师的主导地位、明确教师的权利与义务，以保障高校体育教师的合法权益。%From the category,calculation method and specific implementation of college PE teachers 'workload, this paper analyzes the characteristics of physical education teachers'labor in colleges and universities in detail, and makes their labor special.Finally,the author focuses on the labor protection of college physical education teachers in detail analysis,should be in the "Sports Law"in the clear dominant position of teachers,a clear teacher of the teacher's work in a clear analysis of the protection of physical education teachers in the work of the corresponding return;Rights and obligations in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of college PE teachers.
