PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which records about a labor content of a labor who does not operate the apparatus.;SOLUTION: The labor recording apparatus 100 is provided with: an equipment operation measuring section 301 which measures an operation state and a non-operation state of an apparatus 10 connected through a communication interface 128; a labor content interrogation determination section 308 which determines whether to ask the content of non-operation labor which is the labor content in non-operation status based on measurement of the equipment operation measuring section 301; and an interrogation section 310 which displays an interrogation of the content of non-operation labor on a display of the apparatus 10 in responding to determination of the labor content interrogation determination section 308 and writes an input from the labor into a labor content 132 as the labor content.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
