本研究的目的是通过制定一个12周的健美操锻炼计划,观察参与该锻炼机会对年轻、中年和更年期的久坐不动女性体质的影响。在12周内,我们研究了172名受试者的年龄、身高和体重。所有的受试者参加了12周的有氧健美操的锻炼计划。该计划中等运动强度(通过 Karvonen 方法确定运动强度为60或70%),每节课50分钟,每周三次。通结果显示:在第一,第二第三组之间有氧能力有显著性差异,仰卧起坐、俯卧撑和组握力也存在显著差异,第二组和第三组的血压下降(P <0.05)。结论:身体健康的价值随着年龄的增长而降低,可以说,长期的健美操锻炼对女性不同年龄产生了相似的积极变化。%The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of a 12 -week callisthenic exercise program on some physical and physiological parameters of young,middle -aged and sedentary women.We studied,during 12 weeks,172 subjects’age,height and body weight means were determined.All subjects attended the study,50 minutes per session,three sessions per week,aerobic and calisthenic exercise programs.The intensity of the exercise was determined by Karvonen method (60 or 70%).There were significant differences in increase among aerobic power,sit -up,push -up,and handgrip strength values in Groups I,II and III.There was a significant difference among Group I,II and III in decreased blood pressure (p <0.05).It is determined that physical fitness values have decreased as the age increased.As a result,it can be said that the long -termcallisthenic exercises cause the similar positive changes on women at different ages.
