滇东南地区壮族苗族青少年男生首次遗精与骨龄的关系研究--以文山地区为例

摘要

Spermatorrhea marks the gradual mature of male reproductive organs and its appearance means male puberty.The age of first spermatorrhea has certain relation with bone age,height and weight.Through tests of relevant indexes of body shape and bone age of high school boys in Wenshan No.2 Junior High School,the paper finds that the age of first spermatorrhea has certain relation with bone age,thus it can be used as an indicator to evaluate growth and development of teenage boys.%遗精是男性生殖器官逐渐发育成熟的标志，出现遗精意味着男性步入青春期，首次遗精年龄同骨龄、身高、体重等有一定的关系。本研究通过对文山市第二初中男生进行身体形态指标、骨龄等相关指标的测试，发现首次遗精年龄与骨龄有一定关系，可以作为评价青春期男生生长发育的一项指标。
