农村成年女性肥胖现状及增龄变化趋势研究

摘要

探讨农村成年女性肥胖现状及增龄变化规律,为进一步预防和控制肥胖与国民科学健身提供科学依据.主要结论:农村成年女性肥胖呈现年轻化趋势,且随着年龄增加而加剧,具有中心型肥胖典型特征,应引起重视.BMI、F%与WHR多指标联合应用能更准确地诊断出脂肪的分布及其异常情况.%The purpose of this study is to identify the present situation of obesity among adult female rural residents and variation trend by aging, and provide a referred basis for the obesity prevention,obesity control,and national scientific body building.The main conclusions: the average age of obesity adult female rural residents becomes younger;the rate of obesity is gradually increased with aging with the characteristics of central obesity, which should be drawn attention.With the combination of BMI, FM% and WHR, body fat distribution and its abnormal conditions can be diagnosed more accurately.
