冰雪运动“南展西扩”的机遇与挑战

摘要

文章运用文献资料等研究方法，分析了我国冰雪运动的“南展西扩”的发展机遇：“十三五”规划政策的支持；国民健身意识不断增强；各省参与冰雪运动的积极性高；冰雪赛事的有效带动等。机遇往往与挑战并存，在“南展西扩”过程中也面临着一些挑战：场馆增加迅速，经营管理困难；教练不足，专业人才缺乏；消费偏高、抑制群众热情；起步较晚、大众渗透率低等。最后针对存在的问题，提出了我国冰雪运动“南展西扩”的对策，以推动我国冰雪运动的健康快速发展。%This paper analyzes the opportunity of the development of snow sports in South China,such as the support of the “thirteen -five”planning policy,the growing awareness of national fitness,the enthusiasm of the provinces to participate in snow sports,the use of snow and ice events and other effective driving.Opportunities are often coexist with the challenges,in the “South -west expansion”process which also facing some challenges:rapid increase in venues,management difficulties;lack of coaches,lack of professionals;high consumption, inhibit the enthusiasm of the masses;start late,low mass permeability.Finally,according to the existing problems,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of snow sports in South China,which can promote the healthy and rapid development of snow sports in China.
