平板显示器辐射散热比例影响因素分析

     

摘要

The empirical formula was applied to calculate heat dissipation of vertical flat-panel and the radiant-convective splits ratio. Based on the calculation, the effects of display surface emissivity, sur-face temperature, air temperature and characteristic length on radiant-convective splits were analyzed. The results show that radiation ratio increase and then decrease with flat surface temperature rising. Besides air and wall surface temperatures have a significant influence on the radiant-convective splits, with the flat surface temperature blow 50℃. When flat surface temperature is higher than 40℃, the characteristic length effects on the radiant ratio increase are first active and then negative.%利用经验公式计算竖直平板显示器散热量,并计算显示器辐射散热比。分析了显示器表面发射率、平板设备表面温度、空气温度、围护结构表面温度和平板显示器高度这5个因素对辐射散热的影响。结果表明,辐射散热比例随着平板表面温度的升高先增大后减小。空气温度和围护结构表面温度在平板表面温度低于50℃时,对辐射散热比例影响比较明显;而当平板表面温度高于40℃时,随着特征长度增加,辐射散热比例先增大后减小。
