线型可燃气体探测器的标定原理及方法

         

摘要

介绍线型可燃气体探测器的探测原理及其监测方式与传统点型可燃气体探测器的区别。阐述线型可燃气体探测器测量量纲的确定、物理意义及其实际含义,线型可燃气体探测器测量量纲LELm可以理解为泄漏可燃气体平均浓度与弥散路径的乘积。基于线型可燃气体探测器测量量Y (LELm)和量纲LELm介绍其标定原理及方法。最后详细介绍线型可燃气体探测器的静态配气标定方式及动态配气标定方式。%The difference between the detection principle as well as monitoring method of a line type combustible gas detector and those of a traditional point type combustible gas detector is introduced. Measurement dimension determination, physical significance and actual implication of the line type combustible gas detector are discussed. The measurement dimension LELm of the line type combustible gas detector can be interpreted as the product of average concentration and diffusion path of leaked combustible gas. The calibration principle and method of the line type combustible gas detector is presented based on the measurement quantity Y (LELm) and the dimension LELm. Finally, a static gas distribution calibration way and a dynamic gas distribution calibration way of the line type combustible gas detector are introduced in details.
