钢桥面板重焊修复后残余应力数值分析

         

摘要

To study the influences of the rib‐to‐deck (RD) cracks (the cracks through the steel bridge deck plate at the joint of the longitudinal rib and the deck plate ) in the rew elded and re‐paired large size steel bridge deck plate on the structural performance of the bridge deck ,the 12 mm thick deck plate that was commonly used for the domestic bridges at the early time was select‐ed for analysis .The ANSYS was used to simulate the rewelding process ,the residual stress of the rewelded deck plate was analyzed by way of introducing the substructure algorithm and the rela‐tionship between the rewelding procedure parameters and the residual stress field was established . The results show that when the RD cracks in the steel bridge deck plate are rewelded and repaired , the peak values of the residual tensile stress of the deck plate approach to the yield strength of the material .The width of the longitudinal residual tensile stress area in the welding seam area approa‐ches to the 4 times of the width of the residual tensile stress area of the original welding seam .The longitudinal residual stress at the welding toe decreases with the increase of the groove length and increases with the increase of the groove angles and the residual stress ,the groove length and groove angles can meet the relationship of power function .%为研究重焊修复大尺寸钢桥面板上RD裂缝(纵肋与盖板接头处贯穿桥面板的裂缝)对桥面板结构性能的影响,选取国内桥梁工程中早期较常用的12 m m钢桥面板进行分析。采用ANSYS对重焊过程进行模拟,引入子结构算法分析钢桥面板重焊后的残余应力,并建立重焊工艺参数与残余应力场的关系。结果表明:重焊修复钢桥面板上的RD裂缝时,残余拉应力峰值接近材料的屈服强度,焊缝区纵向残余拉应力区域宽度接近原始焊缝残余拉应力区域宽度的4倍;焊趾处纵向残余应力随开坡口长度的增加而减小、随开坡口角度的增加而增大,其与开坡口长度、开坡口角度之间均满足幂函数关系。
