If it can be said that leisure has nowadays become the prevailing way of human existence, then happi-ness is the very ideal way of existence.Leisure, in fact ,can be regarded as a kind of social resources via time, which contains rich and tremendous energy. How to develop and make use of those energy is essential to an indi-vidual's pursuit of happiness. That's the reason why relaxation is an important part of happiness. In other words, happiness is the final goal of relaxation as well as a subjective and satisfactory experience of life.%如果说休闲在今天已成为人类的生存方式，那么幸福就是一种理想的生存方式。休闲是以时间形态存在的社会资源，蕴藏着丰富而巨大的社会能量，这些能量的开发利用和经营对于个体幸福十分重要，所以说休闲是幸福的重要内容。幸福是人们对生活满意程度的一种主观感受，是休闲的终极目的。
